Step 1

In the menu bar at the top, click Tools

Click Email Accounts

Step 3

Make sure " Add new email account " is checked, then click Next

Step 4

A new window will pop up. Make sure to select POP3 then click Next

Step 5

Another window will open showing your user information , server information , logon information , etc.

Type in your name and email address under User Information.

Enter your Account Name and Password that were provided to you under Logon Information .*

Under Server Information , your Incoming Mail (POP3) Server should be entered in the following format: mail.yourwebsitename.com
For example, if your website address was www.website.com, your Incoming Mail Server would be mail.website.com

Your Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server should be the same as your Incoming Mail Server.**

Once all of the above information is typed in, click Next

* If you do not know your Account Name or Password, and your website is hosted by ProProducts Web Design, they can be obtained by contacting ProProducts Web Design. If your website is not hosted by ProProducts Web Design, you will need to contact your host to get this information.

.** Please note: You may need to contact your internet service provider to get their smtp settings as some providers will only let you use their settings. Cox Communications is an example of this.

Step 6

Click Finish
